This visit is meant to help you better understand your pet’s current condition, discuss comfort and symptom support when appropriate, offer practical suggestions for helping your pet move safely and comfortably within your home, and prepare for possible end-of-life decisions.

10-minute follow-up phone consultation within 2 weeks

IN-HOME FOLLOW UP VISIT

Follow-up visit with our veterinarian
*For pets previously seen for a quality-of-life consultation

Recheck of comfort, symptoms, mobility, and daily changes

Time to discuss any changes since the initial visit

Continued guidance as you prepare for possible end-of-life decisions

DISCOUNTS & PAYMENTS

We accept cash, check, credit card, Venmo, and Zelle. Credit card payments include a processing fee of $30–$35, depending on the service total.

We offer a 10% discount off the home visit fee for senior citizens age 65+, active or retired military, law enforcement, and fire personnel.

We understand that this is an emotional and difficult time. Since appointment availability is limited and other families may also be waiting for care, a $50 cancellation fee applies to appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice. Thank you for your understanding
