Malibu was the best buddy ever. I rescued him as a kitten from a local rescue. When I peaked into the window of where he lived he ran up to a cat tree and climbed up and poked his nose in the glass to say hello. He melted in my arms and stayed that way for 17 years! The first time he met his human daddy he jumped up and tried to tackle him. He was giving him a hug. You could always find Malibu curled up next to me or daddy and then our kids as they came along. Malibu came when you called him and was a cuddle buddy. He loved when I was reading books in bed and he’d stick his face in it to say hi and get some love. It’s been a little over a month and we miss him so much but know that he is living his best life free of pain.
